There are many benefits to an Epsom salt bath. The salt draws out toxins from the skin, so it’s a natural skin exfoliant. The scent of lavender and epsom helps clear the mind and promotes a relaxing environment.
In my opinion, this product has the perfect amount of lavender essential oil. Plus, a few pumps creates the perfect amount of foam to help relieve sore muscles after a workout or hard day at work.
It is recommended that you use one to two cups of epsom salt per bath. This amount is completely dependent on your preferences, but two cups gives the bath a deeper lavender scent.
Choosing a bath product can be tough. In fact, choosing the right bath product can make all the difference in your life. For me, that product is Dr Teals Soothe and Sleep Lavender Epsom Salt Foaming Bath.
