2. Broccoli soup

  • 1 onion
  • 750 ml water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 bunch of arugula

Cut the garlic and onions and brush the broccoli with water.
Take a deep bottom pan and pour olive oil into it. Wait until it gets hot and then add onion and garlic. Fry it and then add the broccoli and allow until the broccoli is bright green.
