You may have heard about this home-made tooth whitening trick as it is considering as a remedy.

The banana contains salicylic acid that naturally fights the appearance of tartar. And it contains citric acid that acts as a natural whitener.

And it not only helps to whiten the teeth but also helps to strengthen them since the banana is rich in magnesium, potassium, and manganese.

How to do it?
  • Take a banana and peel it.
  • Take the peel and rub the inner side directly on the teeth for about 5 minutes.
  • Then wait for another 5 minutes without rinsing the mouth.
  • Then proceed to brush your teeth as usual.

It is advisable to do it three times a day before brushing. But if you do not have much time to dedicate it to this remedy you can do it in the nights before going to sleep.
