1. Fat throughout the body
This type of fat usually occurs because the consumption of more foods than calories burned. One way to reduce it is to do aerobic exercise and stop eating sweet foods.
2. Fat in the lower abdomen
This type of fat is known as lower abdomen fat. Usually occurs due to stress, depression, and anxiety that causes fat stored in this part of the body. So, you need to be more relaxed to reduce the hormone cortisol – the cause of fat deposits – and do some breathing exercises. Also, drinking a cup of green tea can be a great way to make yourself calmer.
3. Fat in the lower body
Fat in the thigh usually occurs because of excess gluten in the food you consume. To reduce it, you need to replace your food with a gluten-free. Besides, climbing stairs and hills can help to reduce this fat.
Usually, the distended stomach occurs mostly from alcohol. So, start reducing alcohol and eating fewer meals than usual.
5. Fat in the lower body, including under the arm
Fat accumulation in this section often occurs in women who are pregnant. To overcome this, you need to reduce foods containing lots of salt and move more often. Avoid sitting without moving for more than 30 minutes.
6. Big belly with fat on the upper back
Well, if the accumulation of fat in this section usually occurs because you rarely move. So start to exercise, make sure to sleep enough, and eat more fiber.
Regardless of the form of fat in your body, remember, the most important thing to do is to run a healthy diet and start moving a lot.
