1 Parsley

Parsley has been used for centuries to induce menstruation. To benefit from it, try taking a daily dose of 6g of dried parsley leaves divided into 3 doses of 2g each. Alternatively, you can prepare a tea with 150ml of water and the leaves twice a day.

2 Papaya

Papaya is an effective home remedy to regulate your period and make it come faster. It contains carotene which stimulates the hormone estrogen – essential for earlier menstruation! Enjoy a bowl of raw papaya or 200ml of papaya juice twice a day.

3 Aloe Vera

Aloe vera juice isn’t just great for relieving stomach pain but also helps to induce menstruation if taken before breakfast in the form of 1 tablespoon of honey mixed with freshly squeezed aloe vera gel (minus any yellow parts). You could even purchase pure aloe vera gel from health food stores if easier.

4 Pomegranate
