Breakfast:
- Tea or coffee, and do not use sugar.
- A whole toast.
Morning snack:
- One orange
Lunch:
- 100 gr of boiled, grilled or baked pork (raw heavy), to which you must remove all the fat.
- Accompany it with a salad of lettuce and onion, flavored with lemon juice or lime. The amount should not exceed two cups.
Afternoon snack:
- 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner:
- 100 grams of boiled, grilled or baked skinless chicken meat (heavy raw).
- Accompany with a salad of arugula and celery, flavored with some aromatic herb of your choice. The amount should not exceed two cups.

Breakfast:
- One cup of green tea
Morning snack:
- A cup of strawberries
Lunch:
- 100 gr of boiled, grilled or baked turkey meat (heavy raw), to which you must remove all the fat.
- Accompany it with a salad of tomato and lettuce, flavored with lemon juice or lime. The amount should not exceed two cups.
Afternoon snack:
- One apple
Dinner:
- Spinach salad and bean sprouts, to which you can add cherry tomatoes, little olive oil, lemon juice and season with a bit of salt.
Recommendations
- To change the previous proposals, always consult the caloric equivalences, especially those of the vegetables.
- Drink a lot, but lots of water. The recommended amount is two liters per day, and that includes infusions and some soup that you can add at some point. It is ideal for winter and adds very few calories.
- Eat slowly, enjoying each bite with pause, savoring not only with pleasure from the palate but with an inner soul pleasure, arising from the conviction and satisfaction of taking care not only your silhouette but your health and your body.
- Support your daily physical activity: climb stairs, walk a few blocks, choose to ride a bicycle if the weather permits, anything goes!
