Spinach Juice

High blood pressure? Generally, a doctor will take two sizes above and below, when measuring blood pressure in a person.

The size above means the heart pumps blood to various pressure vessels called systolic.

The below size mean the blood was in the arteries before the heartbeat called diastolic.

Blood pressure measurements are often written in the form of 120/80.

Normal blood pressure for adults is in between 90 to 140 for systolic, and 60 to 90 for diastolic.

Systolic exceeding 140 and diastolic over 90, is a sign that a person has high blood pressure.

High blood pressure occurs because of the impurities in the blood vessels.

This debris can get into the blood vessel by means of:

  • Through drug injection or tablet consumption.
  • Due to deposition of atoms, inorganic foods, starchy foods and sugar.
